OpenSoi is a community-driven app for finding open street-food stalls. By using it, you agree to the terms below.

• Account info — display name, hashed phone number (if you sign in with one), and any profile data you give us.
• Activity — your reports, reviews, photos, favorites, and the GPS location at the moment you make a report.
• Device info — operating system, language, and a push notification token.

How we use it

We may use your data for any purpose related to operating, improving, or growing OpenSoi, including:

• Running the service — showing stalls, sending alerts, preventing abuse.
• Improving the service — analytics, debugging, planning new features.
• Research, development, and testing of new products and partnerships.
• Any other purpose we deem appropriate to operate or evolve the service.

Sharing and commercialization

We may share data with:

• Service providers we use to run OpenSoi (cloud hosting, push notifications, analytics).
• Business partners and successors — including in any merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of OpenSoi or its assets.
